1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AVIF Converter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

AVIF Converter is a free online tool that converts images between AVIF, JPG, and PNG formats. The Service processes images server-side using Cloudflare infrastructure.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Upload images that contain illegal content
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service
  • Use automated tools to make bulk conversions beyond reasonable personal use
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

4. Rate Limits

To ensure fair access for all users, the Service enforces rate limits of 20 conversions per hour and 1,000 conversions per day per IP address.

5. File Limits

The maximum file size for uploads is 10MB. Supported input formats are AVIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP. Converted files are available for download for 24 hours, after which they are automatically deleted.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you upload. We do not claim any ownership or license over your content. Images are processed solely for conversion purposes and are not used for any other purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that converted images will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AVIF Converter be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service (which is zero, as the Service is free).

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
